1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SSH Manager application (“the app”), which is provided by Dušan Malušev Preduzetnik Bela Crkva, a sole proprietorship (preduzetnik) registered in Serbia (“we”, “us”). Our full company details are on our legal notice page. By downloading, purchasing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Our handling of personal data is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of your agreement with us.
2. License
Subject to these Terms and your payment of the applicable fee, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app for your personal or internal business purposes on Macs that you own or control. You own your data; we own the app.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except where that restriction is prohibited by law
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the app or your license key
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding
- Use the app to engage in unlawful activity or to access systems you are not authorized to access
4. Payment & refunds
The app is sold as a one-time purchase. Prices are shown at the point of sale and may change for future purchases. Direct purchases are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, invoicing, and applicable taxes; purchases made through the Mac App Store are sold by Apple under its terms. We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on direct purchases, and your statutory consumer rights — including the EU right of withdrawal — are unaffected. 5. Updates
Your purchase includes all updates within the 1.x version line at no additional cost. We may, at our discretion, release a future major version (2.0 and beyond) as a separate paid upgrade. We may also modify or discontinue features, though we’ll aim to avoid removing functionality you rely on without notice in the changelog.
6. Open-source components
The app includes third-party open-source software (such as swift-nio-ssh, swift-crypto, and SQLite-related libraries), each provided under its own license. Those licenses continue to govern those components, and nothing in these Terms limits your rights under them.
7. Disclaimer of warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your SSH configuration and keys.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the app.
9. Termination
This license remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete all copies. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (warranty disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law) will continue to apply.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
